When a horse isn't grazing in gorgeous green pastures, or being worked with by its owner, there are times that boredom strikes and the happy horse is one that can keep busy in constructive ways. With the different horses that come through Easy Street, we have found these "toys" high on the good boredom busters list. They are strong and have withheld the most rugged of horse play. Plus they can have dual usages.

Traffic Cones - dual usage cones are great to beat the boredom, or use for riding practice.

Horses love to pick up a cone and shake it about and sometimes we've even seen them throw it and go after it again! Watch the fun when one horse has the cone and another horse wants it! We've provided some pix of ours horsing around. These cones are great for training or even to cordon off an area. They are available in two sizes and colors.

Barrel

This is a lightweight, but very durable closed head poly drum that is easy to handle and indestructible for horse play. Horses like to push it, lick it, and pick it up. We've tied a rope onto it so that two horses can, and do, play tug-a-war games with it. We even have one horse that likes any challenge with a rope attached, so she likes to untie the rope! This great "boredom buster" can also be used upright to practice barrel racing or fill it partially with sand for a more permanent upright anchor.

The barrel comes in medium blue and is 14.4" x 26.3".
